Veluv.it<\/span><\/a> is part of OPstart 2023<\/span><\/a> by Dansk Vegetarisk Forening<\/span><\/a>. On the 12th April was the first networking event at CPH Food Space<\/span><\/a>, in which we could discuss some topics with other food startups situated in Denmark. CPH Food Space<\/span><\/a> is an innovation house for food especially for startups as well as scaleups. It is a democratic cooperative and owned by the companies working in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the startups in this programme are in different phases. That\u2019s what added additional life into the discussion. Since some of the startups in this programme are already in a later stadium, we could get some useful knowledge, but also give some input. During the workshops about possibilities for cooperations, we could generate some synergies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an inspiring talk by Dennis Hvam from Kombination<\/span><\/a> the challenges for a well-implemented food company were outlined. Finally, Nanna Caspersen from Plantebranchen<\/span><\/a>, the biggest plantbased business association in Europe, presented the most recent successes of Plantebranchen<\/span><\/a> as well as the upcoming events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To keep us all motivated and focused we were provided with coffee and delicious sm\u00f8rrebr\u00f8d for frokost by OPstart<\/span><\/a>.
