    Our permission to process this personal data is the Data Protection Regulation’s article 6, paragraph 1 point f.

    We will delete our communication with you once it is clear whether you want our services or not.

    Should in a special case arise a need to store your personal data for a longer period of time, this could be the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Customers<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. Therefore, we can process information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and similar.

    The basis for processing this personal data is the Data Protection regulation’s article 6, paragraph 1 point b.

    Once the service has been delivered and any pending issues have been completed, we will immediately delete the personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Accounting<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    We must save all accounting documents according to the Accounting Act (bogf\u00f8ringsloven). This means that we store invoices and similar documents for accounting purposes. This may reveal general personal data such as name, address, description of services.

    The basis for processing this personal data for accounting is the Data Protection regulation’s article 6, paragraph 1.

    We store this information for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the current financial year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Where your data is sent<\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Few can handle everything by themselves, and the same applies to us. We therefore have business partners, as well as make use of suppliers, some of whom may be data processors.

    External suppliers can, for example, provide systems to organize our work, services, advice, IT hosting or marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
