Right of withdrawal<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumer withdrawal rights depend on the applicable law and the type and condition of the goods supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Denmark, statutory exceptions may apply to the delivery of food, drinks and other items of general household consumption. In Germany, statutory exceptions include certain perishable goods and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether an exception applies to a particular CRISPY LUPINS product depends on the applicable law and the circumstances of the sale. Return shipping costs<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a consumer is legally entitled to withdraw from a contract and is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, the customer must pay those costs unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract, please contact us before arranging a return.
