Pour them together with the baking soda into a medium saucepan and cook over high heat, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Pour in 1.5 liters of water, bring to boil and strain. The cooking time is between 20 and 40 minutes. Let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
